Rainbow Obsidian is a many splendor thing and this 5″ spear point is a unique example, and also a unique Rainbow Obsidian from Davis Creek, CA. I’ve never knapped a piece with the colors and pattern exactly like this one has. The multi-colored rainbow flash is something to behold in the sunlight, though when backlit this point is translucent. The deep, extreme notches also lend it a certain daring elegance.
