Description
In 45 years of flintknapping, this is the only purple chalcedony I’ve ever come across. It was found in Indonesia and tends not to occur in real large pieces, but this 3.25″ gracefully shaped Cornernotch point is an excellent example of the gorgeous color and translucency of this rare material. How much longer it will be available is unknown at this time.
