Description
This 4″ Brazilian Agate Dovetail is what I call an extreme notched arrowhead. The notches are not only deep but almost as narrow as notches can be made. Did prehistoric people make notches this narrow? Rarely if ever, but that doesn’t mean a modern flintknapper can’t push the limits. The material is also exceptional in that it’s orbicular agate. The beautiful orbs within are a rare geological manifestation in knapping material. I call it a Keeper!
